By using Krok, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Krok is a mobile app that helps professionals capture daily reflections and identify skills through AI-powered analysis.

Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure.

Subscription and Payments

Krok offers free and paid subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

User Content

You own your content. By using the service, you grant Krok a limited license to process your content solely to provide the service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Disrupt or reverse engineer the service

Intellectual Property

Krok owns the app and its design and features (excluding user content). You may not copy or distribute the app without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Krok is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or complete accuracy of skill analysis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krok is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations. You can delete your account at any time within the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws where you operate.
