Delete Your Account

Follow these steps to permanently delete your Krok account and all associated data.

Step-by-Step Guide

    Open Krok

    Launch the Krok app on your device and make sure you are signed in to your account.

    Go to Settings

    Tap on your profile or the settings icon to open account settings.

  3. 3

    Select "Delete Account"

    Scroll down and tap the "Delete Account" option.

    Confirm Deletion

    Confirm that you want to delete your account. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

  • Your account and profile information
  • All voice recordings and transcripts
  • Skills data and progress history
  • Any other data associated with your account

Important Notes

  • If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your Apple App Store account settings to avoid being charged after deletion.
  • Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
